Group Yoga Class with Jill

Ease into your Sunday morning with this ultra relaxing and rejuvenating gentle Yoga. Join instructor Jill in your practice with the style of Hatha yoga followed by deeply grounding long-held Yin poses and finally ending with guided meditation — seated or shavasana style — yogi’s choice. This warming meditative practice incorporates an opportunity to develop body and breath awareness allowing for deep stretching and mindfulness. There will be an emphasis on alignment for increased strength and stamina. A glorious way to re-set for your week ahead by making space, slowing down, and turning inward — medicine for mind, body and heart. All levels welcome.
NOTE: We provide yoga mats — please wipe them clean afterwards or BYO

About your Instructor
A longtime practitioner and registered yoga teacher (RYT 200) since 2016, Jill Russell enjoys serving her community through teaching yoga and making it accessible to students of all levels and inclusive for all identities. Jill sees yoga as a way of finding our true north and as a coming home to our joyous, most authentic self. She incorporates a variety of styles, including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Restorative, emphasizing breath as the anchor of your practice. Her instruction promotes strength, empowerment, self-discovery, and optimal mental clarity for each student.
